Mika reflected on the passing of her parents and the recent loss of family friend and former First Lady Rosalyn Carter. “A beautiful chapter in my life has come to an end,” she wrote. “But as we move forward, I hope we can create new traditions and make new memories. She fondly recalled the holiday traditions she shared with her parents at their farmhouse in McLean, Virginia. “This season won’t look like those magical gatherings in McLean, but that’s alright,” Mika added. “We’ll find happiness in the moments that matter and create something new.
